I like to compare the waves here in Central Jersey to what you’re getting.We often are comparable.This May our northern Ocean County breaks we had a few pretty decent days for twin fins the first 10 days,then like Hatteras nothing much at all ’til last Thursday/Friday which were pretty decent,and yes the crazy winds shifting all over the place!You had to be watching religiously to be on it.The rest of May was tiny.I agree that I recall May being better,but last year May was even worse!We got nothing up here.
Our sand is set up pretty good here now;just add waves.I hope Buxton gets itself fixed back up soon,as it was great in early April.
I hope this June is better than May,and better than last June.Last June New Jersey had a great June 1st,and then nothing until the last few days of the month.We had so many good days this March and April it’s been pretty rough lately.
